How do i explain this to my hair dresser?

I have long straight hair, and i want a lot of layers.


I want short layers, and i want to get a side swept fringe.


And i want to have my layers on my side fringe.How do i explain this to my hair dresser?

Well, im getting side swept bangs and highlights soon, and im bringing in a picture i found of the bangs, so just bring in a picture and write down on the back what you want, i guess...
