Can I trust Chinese hair dressers to dye my hair blonde????

Hi everyone.. this question may seem silly but I really want to hear your opinions.

I live in a small city in China and I want to get my hair dyed from red/brown to a nice light blonde with highlights. My dilemma is this.. I have not seen one succesful blonde dye job on a Chinese person here. They have all had orangey blonde... Even wealthy looking people that I'm sure went to a salon to get this done. So am I in for the same treatment? Orange hair? Do you think their capable of doing this colour? Can I trust Chinese hair dressers to dye my hair blonde????
All I have seen here is orange!!!!!!!!! Perhaps because the Asian hair is black to start with? I am not sure! But, in America I have seen blacks with blonde hair. Just orange here! Can I trust Chinese hair dressers to dye my hair blonde????
I have tried a couple of times letting Chinese hair dressers colour my hair, with clearly mixed results. Sometimes good, sometimes terrible. They are usually also not used to predicting what the result will be if your hair is not black or dark brown from the beginning.

Of course you can't say cathegorically if you can or can't trust all the hundreds of thousands hair dressers in China. Some are good, some are not, just as in any country. If you have the courage, you try and see - if you want to be ABSOLUTELY sure, of course you can't trust hair dressers cathegorically in any country in this world!

Just make sure they understand which colour you really want before they start.
It depends on what your natural hair color is. If you are Asian, I would have to say that dyeing your hair a natural-looking blond is just really difficult. It's the exact polar opposite of black, so whatever you do, it's just not going to look natural. In any case, an Asian doesn't look very good in blond in my opinion. If you're not Asian, then the best thing to do is to ask the hairdresser. Go to a higher end salon and tell the hairdresser that you want it to look good and natural so both of you knows what you're going for. Bring pictures. Even if it doesn't turn out exactly as planned, at least you can always dye it back to a darker shade. Good luck.
Yes, you can definitely trust them with the high lights. After all it's not rocket science.

Nobody has blond hair is because Asian looks weird with blond hair. It's true. The light blond color is too light for a Asian person and I don't think people like to have it simply because it doesn't look good but not because the hair dressers don't know how to dye blond hair.
Be cautious! Spend adequate amount of time in identifying the right salon in first place. In China, tens of thousands of ladies got both financial and physical loss every year, as they went to the wrong salons.
just go with orange highlights
