if someone messed up your hair what would you do ?? This hair dresser messed up my hair....?
Hi There,
I'm Samuelel, I'm a top stylist and hairdresser associated with the Francesco Salons Group.
If you're trying to ask what you should do because someone has done it to your hair, then you can go back to the salon and tell the manager or owner and they'll refund you and re-cut and style your hair for free as they have created the problem in the first place.
If you're just wondering what someone else would react to having there hair messed up, then unless they get it done at a back alley un-known hairdressers, then theirs no chance of it being messed up, in top salons such as Tony %26amp; Guy, Francesco Group Salons, then EVERY employee there has to have TOP qualifications to make sure that the client gets the best service for the amount of money they're paying.
Hope I've Helped.

Well you need to say something to them, before to much time passes. Just explain to them , nice and respectfully, that you don't feel like they did such a great job on your hair, tell them why you are upset, if they ask why you didn't say anything at the time, tell them you had trust that they were capable of and knowledgeable of completing the cut to your standards and you did not want to tell them how to do their job. I hate when people tell me how to do my job. Let them know you are unsatisfied and they need to make it right, either by fixing your hair or discounts or something. If they will not work with you. Tell them they lost a customer, and all your friends and ask to speak to a manager if it can not be resolved with the hair stylist.
I had this happen to me last month. I went to a salon and the lady doing my hair was the manager. I asked for blonde highlites. She was very unprofessional. When she was done I let her know it was orange and I did not like it. I asked her to fix it and she refused. I then let her know I was not paying for a service when she messed up. She told me I needed to go to beauty school and I was color blind and much more extremly mean things. She made me pay. I then called corporate while I was standing in the store. Long story short they made her give me my money back. I then went to another salon and got my hair done the right way. Luck have it that salon was owned by the same company and the girl who did my hair let corporate know how bad it was and I got my money back for that too.
I am still trying to grow out all the ugly red!!!!!
call the salon and ask to speak with the manager and see what they can do to accommodate you. if your hairdresser is an independent (lease) contractor, then you should call them and say that when you got home, you weren't as satisfied as you were at the salon. either way, call the salon first, see what they can do, be calm on the phone. dont get mean right away, just remain a little friendly and they will be happy to help. if you jump down their throat right away and start yelling or cursing them out, they wont want to help you at all. if it is a bad cut, it could be something as simple as just needing to have layers blended more, or evening out one side, etc. if its a color problem, tell them that it's not what you were looking for and tell them you want to meet with the stylist again and see if you can both come up with a solution that will work. take in some pictures of exactly the color or cut you are looking for. sometimes its hard for clients to ask for what they want because what cut your thinking of could be termed different then what we refer to that cut as. or for color, you could say you were wanting a chocolate color, to you that would be like a dark golden brown, but maybe to the stylist they see chocolate as just a dark brown. so, in short, call the salon, see what they can do before you go to another salon.
Normally you can call back the next day and speak to a manager. If they are a good company they will assign another stylist to fix the problem, with no charge. Just make sure that you tip the second stylist because they will not recieve commission for it.
While I don't know the details of what happened so it's a bit hard to answer. I would recommend you call the salon and speak to the manager or owner. If you're unhappy they should be willing to fix the problem for you.
I wouldn't pay for the hair do, and I would get her to fix it, and even try and convince her to do sum thing extra with it and not pay for it. .lol
It's happened loads of times to me, I just ended up asking my friends mum to cut mine, but she's a hairdresser.
get a bottle of expensive shampoo, spike it with Nair, and send it to the salon disguised as a free sample!
I wouldn't leave the shop until they fixed it. Or I would go back later and ask her to fix the mistake.
iv had that done before lol.. should of told them off... just go back and say you messed up my hair redo it %26gt;:
|go to a different place and get them to fix it as well as they can. good luck (:
Go to another place and just get the same thing shorter.
