How to achieve this hair style(i need hair dressers esp!)?

-by the way my hair is the same length color and bangs just to let u know except its not styled that way. i have long layers too. ;)How to achieve this hair style(i need hair dressers esp!)?
1st........blow dry your hair with a big brush

2nd........while blow drying with the brush curl it in

3rd.........with a big curling iron part your hair and make big curls!
