Another Haircut but I dont know what I should tell my hair dresser?

Ok so right now my hair is about sholder length. I have side bangs. It is layered a lot and the bottom layer is dyed pink{you could say scene but I hate labels}have to get my hair trimmed any ways and my side bangs shortened. So, I thought I would get it cut again. I want to get the back shorter but not to short[not like naped at the neck]. And the front/middle longer than the rest[the part right in front of my sholders]. The problem is I dont know how to tell my stylist that. Help me Please.Another Haircut but I dont know what I should tell my hair dresser?
Look online and bring in a picture of the closest hair cut that you can find that matches exactly what you want (I do this all the time). Then if there is something different from the picture that you want done, just tell her. You just told us...do the same to your stylist!!!! It will be easier to show her, too!
you should look up a picture and print it out to show her. this website might help.

i would tell her the smae thing you just listed. make sure you are really specific. you could also look up the hair cut you want online. or use a celebrity influence. something like that...

i would say, to tell your stylist exactly that. Im sure she would know what to do if you told her just that.
