I went to dye my hair blonde today and the hair dresser messed up? help?

Ok in July I went got blonde high lights in my brunette hair......looked good..but now I want to go ALL blonde..so I went to hair salon today told the hair dresser I wanna be all blonde..and she was like ';ohhh well u dont wanna bleach your hair its no good'; and Im like ohhh really? well what can I do then? cuz a lot of girls are blonde and they dont seem to be using bleach....she says '; well I can high light blonde all the brown in ur hair from ur high lighting in July then it will blend..thats what most ppl do';...I was like ummm I guess so....well its still brown my hair now....and it doesnt LOOK ANY DIFFERENT then before....I want my money back or hair re-done ...is she wrong.? She's right that you shouldn't dye all your hair blonde because it would be damaging to the highlighted areas but if it still looks the same then I would complain, for sure. She is wrong Go back and demand to talk to her manager and make sure you get a refund and your money back.

Go back and say you were not satisfied. FYI- You will have to bleach it to get it blonde.
2 things you should know: ruins your hair making it thin, stiff, and frizzy, and from a guys perspective i would like to say that most guys dislike hair lighter then mid-brown.
