Hair dressers help! my 2 yr old has lice and i did all the precautionary measures (shampoo, metal nit comb BUT

i read you can use a flat iron that will kill the adults adn the nits (cuz of the heat) HOWEVER shes TWO!! she has more hair than average 2 yr old (down tomiddle of her back and its thick and wavy) but silky and beautiful and she gets sooo many compliments.... i do NOT want to hurt her hair... should i try to do a quick flat iron for precautionary measures or no?Hair dressers help! my 2 yr old has lice and i did all the precautionary measures (shampoo, metal nit comb BUT
Don't do the flat iron.





Go to the chemist and get a natural/herbal lice treatment.





They are less expensive, less harmful to the environment than the others and they work better.





Wash all towels/pillow cases/clothes/bedding too, otherwise she will just get it again.

Just keep on doing fine combing, you have to be anal about it and dispose of the brushes in hot boiling water.
Do NOT flat iron her hair. She's young and you run the risk of frying it. Just do the shampoo one more time if you're really that scared, but if you keep combing it she should be fine.
heeyyy i have read that you can get rid of lice by puting a conditioner and combing it manyyy times ..ive heard it works but i dont know if it works on your kid
I use vegetable oil to kill the lice in my kid's hair, put lots on and leave it for a couple of hours, the oil suffocates them .


You may have to shampoo a couple of times afterwards to get all the oil out.
