A heavy side fringe cut into long layers and cut so it sits to the side.


Get her to thin out the bottom layer of hair that sould have no layers.


So get your short layers to about the top of your ear and from then on get her to thin it out so it looks like extensions. The just backcombe the short layers and straghten the long hair.How should i ask my hair dresser to get my hair like this?
ask him/her 2 straighten ur hair %26amp; die ur hair half red half black.or if u want 2 tell her 2 permanently straighten it %26amp; permanently die ur hair half red half black.if ur hairs already straight u don't have 2 ask her 2 straighten or permanently straighten it.
Just print the pictures and give it to the hairdresser, that's the easiest thing to do.
