My hair dresser cutted too much hair should i keep her?

I'am african american, i must keep my hair permed to be straighten, oil moisture, and most important ends clipped.. My hair was neck length and bouncy... now it's ear length.... just before i gotten my hair done by the stylist, my hair was shedding really bad....... did she cut that much because of damaged hair or is she mad cause her hair dont grow and she has an boy hair cut?? help!!!!!!!!!!!!My hair dresser cutted too much hair should i keep her?
remember camille that your hair will grow back and in future make sure the hairstylist knows exactly what style/cut your after and dont be afraid to question what they are doing,after all they are working for you!My hair dresser cutted too much hair should i keep her?
have you talk to her the style you want before she cut your hair? just enjoy your hair it will grow back. let me share it with you that i cutted my hair last night hehe =)
