ok so i got this really cool haircut from my hairdresser but he has moved a long way away, and i don t trust anyone else to cut my hair right! should i cut it myself? its all spikey bangs everywhere with a big fringe. and if i decide to cut it myself i have no idea how to cut bangs plz help any ideas?Should i wait for my hair dresser to come back! or cut it myself?and how can i cut it myself ?
No don't cut it yourself, you might make a mess of it. I suggest you just wait to get an appointment for your hairdresser if you like your hair then keep going to this person.Should i wait for my hair dresser to come back! or cut it myself?and how can i cut it myself ?
Take photos of your cool cut from front, side, back. Ask people who have hair that you think is cool where they got it cut. Then go there with the photos and get yours cut there.

i wouldn't recommend it. unless you wanna screw it up. bangs are easy to cut, but HARD to cut correctly, unless you've had training. and even a lot of those who have had training cannot do it right. i'd call your hairdresser and ask him to suggest someone who can do it correctly while he's gone or wait for him to come back if it won't be too long. if you can't do either of those, i would go to some shops and watch then cut bangs until you find someone who knows what they are doing, before you let em touch yours. trust me, i have one person who does my hair, and her daughter (as a back-up) who she trained does mine only if she's unavailable. i trust no one else, because i've had my hair butchered by idiots in the past.





p.s. if you dye your hair...you can do that yourself, unless you do highlights or lowlights then you should get it done professionally. dyeing hair is really simple and cheaper to do yourself.
OK - DO NOT EVER CUT YOUR OWN HAIR!! Find a picture of your hair - or find a picture in a magazine that you like. Speak to your friends and family and ask them to recommend some Salon's in your area. Go to the salon and tell them exactly what you want and show them the picture. Once you have chosen somewhere that you like go ahead and let them do it - if you dont like the way the hair cut is going or they are doing something wrong - SAY SO! Theres no need to not trust any other hairdressers - just make sure you choose a respected Salon with a good reputation. Just tell the hairdresser how nervous you are and how important getting the cut right is to you - im sure they will understand and will do everything to make sure they haircut is right.





*Most importantly - just make sure that you tell the stylist if they are doing something wrong, so they can stop and do it right!*

do not cut it yourself! even my mom who has a degree in hair-styling cuts her hair with some other stylists. If u r not sure other stylist can do the exact same thing, just give then ur picture when you have that hairstyle and say ';I want this style and this style only. Can you do it?';
