What do I say to my hair-dresser for him to do my layers like this?

I love the way Kristen stewart has her hair here. I really like the way some of the layers are long and some are short. Is there any specific term for the way she has it done?

With shaping round the face at the front.



And she's had rollers in.





You just need to ask for long layers, and to have your hair shaped in round the front. You can always take a pic of Kristen in to give them a better idea. Hope this helps! :)
