What would I tell my hair dresser to do if I want a Hayley Williams haircut?

I want the same cut that she had during 'Riot' but I want different fringe. I'm getting it cut tomorrow!! HELP!! xDWhat would I tell my hair dresser to do if I want a Hayley Williams haircut?
bring a picture of what you want. its the only way to get it across to the hairdresser. explaining it can sometimes end up with a disastrous haircut because even thought you know what you're talking about, the hairdresser may have a completely different picture in their head. trust me! bring a picture!
