and it washes out the first time I wash it. She says it won't stay put till my bleached hair gets more ';solid'; what ever that means. ask her to use the loreal shampoo, its in a silver bottle but the actuall shampoo comes out blueyy purplee..it takes the edge off the colour :)Hair question...my hair dresser keeps putting this toner on my hair that she charges 30 bucks for?
try bleaching your hair it should work. otherwise she is not doing it right. also try usingg special shampoo of condtioner that locks in color.
