My hair dresser ruined my chemical hair straightening! HELP!!!?

ok so i have very thick, coarse, curly, dry hair so i decided to chemically straighten my hair by using the japanese treatment. the lady promised that if it did not work she would give me all my money back ( which was $300). She worked on my hair the first time for 8 hours and told me to come back in a week and she'll have her student wash my hair. When we washed it my hair was straightish, curly frizzy (pretty much a mess). So she used a different much stronger chemcical on my hair (it was the strongest they had in the beauty supply store that she goes to) and she put it on me for four hours. So i washed my hair a week after and its better but it still sucks what should i do after i get my money back. I just want nice hair! lol....btw she has been a hairdresser for 20 years.My hair dresser ruined my chemical hair straightening! HELP!!!?

I would go back, and as much as I would feel like yelling and throwing a fit i would calmly tell her that i am SERIOUSLY unhappy with the outcome, and if she could give at least half of the cost back I would be grateful. =) Good luck! So sorry she did that to you!!!!!!!!!
Get your money back but after that don't go for another course of straightening because it'll really mess up your hair. I guess you'll just have to use straighteners until it grows out, then you can try going to another salon.
Get a regular hair stratner and try that. You might want to go to some other hair dresser cuz that sounds like it would do a lot of damage.
if you are not happy with your hair then by all means go back and get your money back.
just get a relaxer.
