My hair dresser says its not possible?!?

I want to get a wavy perm kind of like it was done with a crimper, my friend has her hair permed like like, yes I do know it is permed for sure, but when I told my hairdresser thats what I wanted she said that wasn't possible to do and the only kind of perm you can get is tighter curls! I know this isn't true because I have living proof. What should I do?My hair dresser says its not possible?!?
bring your friend in with you, and show your stylist her hair. she may just not be understanding what you mean, or ask your friend where she got her hair done, and go there for the same style, good luck=]My hair dresser says its not possible?!?

your friend might of had a different type of hair.


try going around and getting different oppinions from different hair dressers. Or ask your friend for the hair dressers that she went to info ( like location/number).

Ask your friend where she got hers done, then take your friend with you to that hairdresser and ask her hairdresser what she did exactly, then have that done on your hair.
Get your hair permed like that wher your friend got it permed at.
go to a professional salon you can do it my daughter does expensive tho for long hair
This type of perm can be accomplished using flat rods. A perm is a perm; the rod shape and size determines the look you get. It's possible that your stylist doesn't have a broad perspective when it comes to this type of service. Check out other salons and talk to them before you make a decision.
