HELP! My hair dresser cut off way too much hair!?

I went to my hairdresser to ask her what she can do because I'm going to a wedding and she said she would straighten my curly hair and style it. But she said I had some split ends (even though I got my hair cut 1 month ago) so she cut them off. But it looks like she cut off 5 inches! My hair sprung up and its so short now. Is there anything I can do??

Thanks!HELP! My hair dresser cut off way too much hair!?
A picture would really help so that I could give you a style you might like.

There is no way to grow your hair overnight, unless you use extensions. You can get fair priced synthetic extensions and fair priced real hair extensions at Sally Beauty Supply and either put them in yourself or have your hairdresser do it for you.

Ways to help your hair grow are to use prenatal or hair and nail vitamins, wash your hair every other or every third day, keep the ends trimmed, not to use harsh styling methods. I've also heard mane and tail shampoo helps with hair growth but I have not tried it myself yet.

Let me know if I can help you in any other way.HELP! My hair dresser cut off way too much hair!?
Well depending on how short it is now and how much money you are wanting to spend....if she styled it good, then I would go get it styled at least for that day....If you want a solution till it grows back out, you could always get extensions put in...they have the type of extenstions that are the individual strands that bond on to your hair it is human hair so you can wash, swim, blowdry, flat iron, scrunch, whatever you do to your own hair....that is the expensive route to go though...but it's an option....if she cut about 5 in off...average rate of hair growth is 1/2 in per month so it will grow back it is just going to take some time....other than that, pop some prenatal vitamins or hair vitamins and wait it out if you can't afford or are not interested in the extensions.
Can you not straighten it yourself? or get your Mum to do it?, as curly makes it look shorter anyhow.. your hair will grow soon enough, but as for the wedding, why dont you try and pin it up?, depends how short it is?.. you could try and gather little sections up and pin it and have some curls hanging down at the front, i think that will look cute.. or maybe put hair extensions in..?
I'd just relax and go with the curl! See if you can find some Aveda ';Be Curly'; or a product like it that will make the curls smooth and tame.

The best thing about all bad hair cuts is they all grow out.
Straighten it at home.

And bobby pin your centre hair back.
just style it properly and you will look even more fab than you ALREADY are!!!
u cn style it or use extensions
