How do i explain to the hair dresser that this is what I want for my hair?

K i'm going to the hair salon in a week and i want my hair done like this

How do I explain to her that this is what I want?

Also to get my hair to look like that what would she have to do? Like one of my friends told me it would first have to be bleached but I don't know because I've never dyed my hair before and my hair is very dark brown.How do i explain to the hair dresser that this is what I want for my hair?
print the picture and show the hair dresser. its ok customers bring pictures or magazines all the time.

Take the pic to her!!!!! Oh and I am in the process of doing the same thing. I talked to my hairdresser about it, and she did heavy highlights on my hair, and then told me I'll need to come back three or four times and do the same heavy highlights before it looks really blonde. This way it's more of a gradual transition and it is much healthier for your hair than to do it all at once. So you can try doing that at home or the hairdresser.
just tell them. i always bring photos and if you have a good hairdresser then it will turn out exactly how you want it.
Print out the picture and ask the hairdresser.

You'd probably have to straighten your hair a bit and maybe blow-dry it.



For your hair colour just ask your hairdresser,

if your hair is a real dark brown then they will probably bleach it.
just bring in the picha.(:

u dont have to bleach your hair u could have the same style but different colours :)
