I have unnaturally blonde hair, bleached myself, and it's in ok condition with a few overprocessed spots. Do you guys know a stylist or salon that is good with overprocessed hair? I'd like to get a root touch up and maybe tone my hair to a more natural looking blonde.Orlando, FL - Good hair dresser?
