Colleges, news agents, job centre, local paper doesn't provide the right calibre candidates, and most who are right want to work illegally getting money in hand!What does one have to do to recruit 1 good hair dresser in a well establised beauty salon in the NW9 area pls?
sign of the times I'm afraid .Hairdressing sounds great but when it comes to actually having to learn the hard way e.g. cleaning up after the stylist .making the drinks for customers .staying behind to actually learn the trade instead of clubbing,being polite and cheerful .which only a few can do .One day that certain person ,who can actually communicate with humans ,WILL walk in and I hope its soon and good luck .They are out there as i had five fantastic juniors that i trained who became fabulous hairdressers and they all have gone on to bigger and better things now that i have retired .One day HE/SHE will walk to your salon and their smile should light up the placeWhat does one have to do to recruit 1 good hair dresser in a well establised beauty salon in the NW9 area pls?

Why would he want to stand around in your salon?
Well i suggest you pay them a decent wage then they may be loyal and stay with you, NOT THE PITTANCE YOU LOT NORMALLY PAY.
