well it depends on where you live. i live in the suburbs of Chicago Illinois and if you look hard you can get a good price.





before my mother started perming my hair, i went to this place called Fantastic Sam's. on Wednesdays they do relaxers for $45. the only thing about it is, you cant schedule appointments and you will end up spending maybe 5-6 hours getting your hair done. but try looking for people you know to perm your hair. then just blow-dry when your finished and go to the shop and get a wrap. its just like getting a relaxer for less.
