1. Someone who takes the time to learn about me and my personality so that she will know what kind of style might suit me.
2. Someone who has the patience to answer my gazillion questions about products and tools to use and how to use them to get the effect I want.
3. Someone who has the guts to tell me when she doesn't think that the hair style I want will work for me...and who gives me suggestions on cuts that might work better for my face, coloring, etc.
