I want to ask my hair dresser if she can cut my bangs where they look ';scene'; or ';emo'; but I'm not sure if....?

....she'll cut them the right way. Like she'll mess up or make them look bad. I kinda want them like this:

well u should bring in the picture.


but not those because the first one, shes holding on to her bangs so the hairdresser might mes sup.


the second one a clip is holding her bangs together so that might end up as a mess up.

It really more depends on styling. You can ask for really long, heavy side swept bangs from a deep side part like the girl in the first pic, but the girl in the second pic doesn't even really have bangs, shes just swept the front of her hair over one eye and clipped it so it gives the illusion of a scene bang. bring pics to be safe, but keep in mind, those bangs are more about styling rather then cutting.
You can't just say, ';Oh, I want my bangs to look like Scene bangs';...Because she may not know what ';scene'; bangs are...Hell, I don't even know what ';scene'; bangs are. Bring in a picture. She'll thank you for it. And it'll save you a horrible haircut.





Besides, Those aren't ';scene'; or ';Emo'; bangs. Those are Side bangs.
bring a few pictures and maybe point out what you like best in them, i have bangs like that those though, and theyre just side sweep bangs, but beware they dont work on everyones hair, my hairs naturally wavy so my bangs look good, and they'll stay like the ones in the picture, if you have naturally straight hair or curly hair, then they might not look as good if you straighten them.but if you think it would work, go for it.
Bring in the pictures, and ask for hair magazines to show her the bangs in there.





Go to a hair stylist that you know and trust, not a walk-in salon :)
It's much better to bring the pictures so she can see.
