I guess you are talking about the girl with the blonde hair as the other girl has hers back with a hair band so you cant really tell the style of it.





For the girl with blonde hairs style : Ask for a sweeping side fridge and layers/bangs. Take the pic along if you can. Hairdressers are very use to people taking in photos so they wont mind at all.

ask for a thick sweeping side fringe with feathering at the front as for the back it looks like a long uniform layer cut pretty easy to do so just ask the stylist for that and also show her the pic of the front lol hope this helps xx
All you have to do is show the stylist the picture and you are good to go!
