you will have to get an establishment license through your state board of cosmetology just like if you were operating out of any store. you will be inspected (ususally more carefully) if you go to your state's boc website they will have license fees, but not the cost to do the construction at your home.I am a hair dresser and i want to start workin at ma house. could some body doing the same thin help me out
