I would recommend that you buy a magazine that shows you a lot of cut and style options. When I first cut my hair I had an idea of what I wanted but i didn't know for sure and since i was going short i wanted to have a picture to show the hairstylist just like you do. Since you want your hair below your shoulder i would suggest Short cut magazine or Short hair magazine. you'll get to see a lot of hairstyles like the one you want but with different variations and you're bound to fall in love with one of them.
