Show her and tell her exactly what you want from each pic be very specific. Get her to show you how to style your bangs and what tools and products you need to use as well.I want hair like this pics included ..what should i tell the hair dresser i want?

Most of those girls cut their hair themselves.


When you go in to get it cut, ask for left/right side sweeping bangs and lots of layers.





Then if it's not perfect, I take a shaving razor (not one that you use on your legs, but and old one or a new blade) and hold a piece of hair out to the side and go down the length of hair for more layers. =D

I'm not sure what you'd ask for, but whenever I get my hair done I bring in a picture of what I want it to look like or something similar to what I want it to look like.
Bring the picture that shows most of the hair to your stylist.
Just bring in the picture.





But if your printer is broken, or your phone is dead or something, tell the hairstyle for a kind of razored, emo cut, with long sideswept bangs.





And then for the color, bleached blond on top at darker brown on bottom. It's a really popular style right now, so she'll get what you mean.
