XI want Scene hair. What Do I ask the Hair dresser for?
Tell them you want a ton of layers with it thinned. I would bring picturesI want Scene hair. What Do I ask the Hair dresser for?
The trick to scene hair is to get a dry cut with a razor. There should be no blunt edges. Towards the crown of your head, the layers go more extreme. when you leave it to dry naturally, it will still look relatively normal, but when you want to go bold with it, simply grab a section (about 1/3 of your hair, grabbing from the top), pull straight up, and hairspray the roots as you let it fall. Once the spray dries, tease the roots until it's as dramatic as you want, then spray again.
For this look, I always use Got 2 Be Glued Freezing Spray. This stuff will last through just about anything! I use it on set all the time, and I usually don't have to do any touch-ups, which is saying alot since I work on feature film sets, which are filmed in high-def...
Hope this helps!
tony and guy will know exactly what you mean so they're your safest bet
take in a picture of what you want, you say a side fringe thats almost a full front fringe, so its bold and heavy.
they'll get the idea :)
You can go to any hairdressers. Ask for lots of short choppy layers, a sweep fringe, feathered at the sides. Maybe print of a photo and tell her you want your hair like that.
Print a picture of what style you want and give it to them.
Try finding a young looking hair dresser. They are the ones who were beauty school last and they learn the latest styles then.
try this for scene hair:
